I absolutely cannot believe that this is even happening. It sickening to think this could happen. I actually read all of your links, what I do not understand is why when this was brought up the first time, why wasn’t it stopped? Why would anyone in their right mind think that this was a good idea? Its ridiculous I hope if its built that gay bars go up around it and that it burns down.

Believe it or not, things are infinitely worse down here. I have often had a similar thought to your proposal – refunds for severe delays. Something longer than 10 minutes, you knock 50 cents off. 20 minutes, a buck or more, etc.
