Geek Soap Box

Greetings!  If you are here, that means you have successfully moved over to the new and improved Geek Soap Box.  Now featuring more (less?) colors!  More parenthetical comments!  More complex clauses and rhetorical questions!  More, more, more!

Basically, as a professional Web designer and marketing communications guru, it was time to once again set up my own Web site and learn some new tricks of the trade: cool software, content management systems, a whole new sandbox to play and build castles within.  That wasn’t going to happen on a Blogger sub-domain.  So, since I have this groovy domain, I figured I’d also set up a beautiful WordPress blog as its cornerstone.

And man, those Blogger templates dating back to 2003 sucked monkey butt.  Where was the Web 2.0 love?

So, what should use, the fair and beloved reader, expect?  Probably not much.  I will still Twitter with abandon and occasionally drop a greater-than-140-character missive here on whatever topic suits my fancy that day.

There will be a learning curve, so be forewarned that “stuff” might be in flux.  Your patience will be much appreciated.  In the interim, why not update your RSS feed and bookmark my Twitter?  Off we go!
